Takto pred rokom..

...som zacala chodit do autoskoly. Brrrr, radsej by som isla k zubarovi, upratala skrine, uplne vsetko by som urobila, len nie do toho auta sadnut a ist.

The very first time I drove anything was in our 12-passenger van out in Ivanka Pri Dunaji in the middle of winter. I remember Dad was trying to get me ready for my license, and I was absolutely terrified. I'm pretty sure that experience was what turned me off completely to driving, and whereas here it is absolutely crazy for someone to be 18 and still not have their license, I was 22 before I got mine. Especially where I went to college, it was difficult to walk anywhere because of the roads and lack of sidewalks, but Hadassah and I walked anyway! I missed the freedom and ease of public transportation, but short of having that, I am really glad that I can drive now. (And driving an automatic is so much easier than driving a clutch!)

Yeah, i can imagine driving a big van can be a night mare for couple of years.....driving in bratislava is a challenge, not to drive automatic is even greater chalenge, but like u said it's freedom to use a car.....that's the maine thing for me....

By the way, i want to get automatic one day.......
